Hi, I'm Stephanie
Behavioral Health and Recovery Coach
I have an extensive background in the behavioral health field, with over 13 years of experience working one-on-one to support clients and their families in achieving lasting change. I hold a B.A. in Psychology from West Chester University and am a credentialed Recovery Coach Professional through the Connecticut Community of Addiction Recovery. I am trained in the ARISE intervention method. I have also trained as a Recovery Specialist through the International Recovery Institute, and am trained in trauma-informed transports.
I’m currently working towards my M.S. in Psychology at Arizona State University. I am also in long-term recovery myself, which allows me to bring a unique understanding to my work with my clients, having overcome my own personal struggles at a young age.
How I'm Qualified To Help
Early in my career I worked in case management, managed a residential program for young adults, and provided direct care in a variety of settings. After a number of years in corporate healthcare, I felt the strong desire to return to working directly with clients to help support them on their recovery journeys. Since 2019 I have worked as a Therapeutic Companion and Coach, Transport Professional, supported Interventions and worked directly with families to manage their loved-one’s care with compassion and empathy. I have worked with clients with varying addiction issues, depression, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar disorder, OCD, ADHD, anxiety, psychosis, personality disorders, and complex trauma as well as Autism spectrum disorder. I believe that when working as part of an expert treatment team, these services can help lead to new breakthroughs and growth through encouragement, support and modeling.
More About Me
Some of my passions are international travel, hot yoga and running. A healthy lifestyle is something I also enjoy sharing with my clients, as well as my love for anything outdoors. I am also an animal lover and have two cats at home, Bruce and Tilly. I reside on the Eastern Main Line outside Philadelphia, having recently returned after spending almost a decade enjoying the beauty of Scottsdale, Arizona.

Client Testimonials
After a difficult year of treatment, having Stephanie’s in-home support for our family was crucial to our teen. She helped support us all through the adjustment and changes during the transition home.
Stephanie was with me from the very start of my recovery journey to the end. She was my companion long-term and I was very fortunate to have her guide me through figuring out what a good program looks like. She has wonderful experience to share with an approachable personality. She is well deserving of the credit I give her for modeling what recovery can be and because of her help I have been able to stay sober for several years.
